Past: Came from a poor family. Her mother was Myamoto,one of the famous rocket members. Her mother died in an avalanche in the Andes Mtns. looking for the newly discovered pokemon Mew under the orders of Madame Boss. Rumor has it that she died when Jessie was 3 years old.

Musashi:
Jessie got this as her Japanese name because "Musashi" was a warrior princess in Japan and she was known to have a very bad temper. In one of her battles,a foolish boy named Kojiro(see James) challenged her to a fight. He lost miserably. The main reason her Japanese name is Musashi is that she has a bad attitude just like Musashi.
Jessie's Pokemon
Jessie's first pokemon was Ekans. She got it on her birthday. In the episode "Dig Those Diglets", it evolved into Arbok. Jessie captured in the episode "Princess vs. Princess".This is kinda stupid but did you know that Ekans backwards is snake and Arbok backwards is kobra? I know thats not the way you spell cobra but it is kinda cool neh? Anyway,those are Jessie's Pokemon.
